Membership terms
- All memberships require a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Memberships do not auto-renew and conclude at the end of the 12-month term.
- Early cancellation: memberships cancelled before completing the 12-month term are subject to a charge equal to 33.33% of the remaining membership balance, and all remaining banked credits are forfeited.
- Banked credits do not roll over after the 12-month term and expire at membership end.
- Pay in full at signup and save 10% off your total membership. No refunds are issued for months already billed.
- Signature & Elite memberships bank credit monthly at 50% of the monthly fee. Glow Starter & Dream Skincare do not bank.
- Any service or product purchased using banked credits cannot be discounted.
- Service discount percentages do not apply to neurotoxin (Tox) treatments. Discounts apply to regular-priced services only and are not combinable with other promotions.
